Product Overview

The Edge Server Of The Power Station is based on the high-performance ARM architecture platform, and the hardware integrates multiple sets of RS485 interface, DIDO, NTC temperature acquisition input, CAN communication interface, multiple gigabit wired network ports, 4G/5G communication interface, SSD storage interface. It can be widely used in various types of energy storage applications, with PCS, BMS, video, environmental sensing information access functions, data collection, streaming media services, data forwarding, data storage, emergency backup and reporting of abnormal data and other functions. It can also integrate EMS energy management functions according to different application scenarios to achieve interactive control between the energy storage system and the power grid.


Functional Characteristics

  • Data Acquisition

    Meet the Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, IEC104, IEC61850 data protocols, can directly collect BMS, PCS, smart meters, air conditioning, smoke sensor and other energy storage system field data, and real-time report to the local server or cloud platform;

  • Data storage

    Integrated local database, all the collected data are stored in the database in real time, supporting historical data query and traceability;

  • Video Capture

    Support ONVIF protocol \RTSP video transmission, to meet the needs of multi-channel local video capture function; Support GB28181 and SIPB protocols to meet the video transmission requirements of the power system operation platform;

  • Video storage

    Integrated local streaming media server to meet 24-hour recording requirements;

  • Alarm troubleshooting

    Integrated alarm and fault data processing rule engine. When abnormal alarms or fault events occur, emergency backup of device running data and video is performed on the local server or the cloud, providing data analysis basis for subsequent fault analysis and device life prediction.
